Physical and Digital Products Refund Policy
All sales are final. No Refund will be granted.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Orders may be potentially delayed due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Orders total Arrival Time can be within 5-10 business days. Pre-order products shipping time will vary.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping Rates and Fees:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chocolate and Charm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at chocolateandcharm@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUND POLICIES
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges for Physical Products
No Refunds will be granted for any physical products.
Exchanges are available in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chocolateandcharm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Consultation Cancellation and Refund Policy
All consultations must be pre-scheduled and confirmed. Refunds will not be granted for any consultations that was cancelled by the client, no matter the reason. However, clients may re-schedule their appointment once at no additional charge. Failure to attend the re-scheduled session will require the client to re-book at full price.
Credit Repair Services Cancellation and Policy
A client may cancel, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the initial payment for service is made. Notice of Cancellation Form must be filled out and returned to the following email address: chocolateandcharm@gmail.com.
Upon cancellation, any payment made by the customer under the contract will be returned within (10) business days after the date of receipt of your cancellation notice by Chocolate and Charm, LLC.
Chocolate and Charm, LLC reserve the right to cancel, at their discretion, any client for reasons including but not limited to the following: Non-Payment, Failure to follow program guidelines, and/or failure to provide required documents to perform duties. No refund will be granted
Virtual Assistance Clients Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note we require all clients to notify us within 3 business days before your due date if your payment will be more than 3 business days late. There will be a $10 late fee after the third day of nonpayment. All services will cease until payment is made. Should your payment not be received before the 10th day after your invoice due date, services will be canceled immediately. Any client wanting to continue with our services must satisfy the balance owed and will be required to pay a $25.00 re-instatement fee.
